For myself it's Easter, but I know for many of you it's Passover, regardless of whichever it is I wish you and your families peace, love, health and prosperity.
So if it's the bunny leaving candy for the kids and a ham on the table -or- an empty seat for Eljah and unleavened bread, lets share this special day with each other.
For myself we are hosting a small gathering at home, menu consists of;
Apps, shrimp cocktail, cheese pepperoni platter, tomato and mozzarella, stuffed clams oregano.
Entree, Ham (spiral), Turkey, Prime Rib, Lamb Chops,
Sides, mashed potato's, sweet potato casserole, baked Mac n cheese, broccoli rabe', stuffing
Desert, no clue that's my wife's catagory. Lol
Once again all the best health and wealth to you and yours!
(Oh and the bar is OPEN at Jr's)
