Happy Cafe in Oakland... any South Bay equivalents

Okay, I know that this place is not a 4 star restaurant. But it is EXACTLY what I'm looking for. Quick, easy, cheap Hong Kong style "western" breakfast. That is, greasy, cheap, awesome 3 dollar breakfasts which include drinks. In Hong Kong, there are several in every neighborhood it seems.

The meals are usually labeled, "A meal, B meal, C meal" and they serve that tea which tastes like tap water.

I had just discovered this place which serves breakfast HK-western style in Oakland Chinatwon (webster and 7th) when I picked up and moved down here to San Jose. I figured it'd be easy to replace this place, but I can't seem to find anywhere like it.

Any recommendations? I suppose if nothing is similar enough, a nice HK style cafe with good won tons and happy hour menus would be nice too.
