Happy Buddha, Chinatown

Unless I'm hopelessly confused, Happy Buddha is a new place where Buddha's Delight used to be, and Buddha's Delight moved upstairs, to where House of Pho $2.99 (er, $3.99) Restaurant used to be.

Are Happy Buddha & Buddha's Delight related? (Call me crazy, but when the only two vegetarian restaurants in Chinatown share a wall and half a name, I get suspicious.) I visited BD for the first time shortly after their move upstairs, and I thought the food was interesting in a "huh - it kind of *does* taste like chicken" way, but not otherwise memorable - but Happy Buddha's website & menu (linked below) look more interesting.

Anyone been?
