Where have they gone? I live in the Memphis metro area and have noticed that finding bone in chicken breasts is very rare. I'm not sure if this is just a regional issue and I cannot find a reason for the shortage. Boneless chicken breasts are ubiquitous and quite affordable at $1.99 per pound. Whole chickens, quarters, halves, thighs, wings, legs and boneless thighs are always available. I miss having bone in breasts though. What is your experience?
