Having a Hanukkah party this weekend and looking to use up some leftover apricot brandy I recently purchased. It'll be all small hors d'oeuvres and standard potato latkes. I don't want to do anything too syrupy/sweet since I think that will clash with the heavy latkes. Any ideas? It isn't high quality brandy -- I bought it at the last minute for making Sachertorte and they didn't have the smaller bottles of the nice stuff left, so I got a big bottle of a cheaper kind.

Any ideas? I was thinking something with cava/prosecco could be good...
