With Purim coming up, I'd thought I'd mention that everyone raves about the 'hamentaschen cookie dough' recipe in the Complete American Jewish Cookbook, that I make every year. It's the second hamentaschen recipe in there. I've used Baker brand fillings in jars.
But remember - they never fixed the typo in this recipe that says cook for 45 minutes. They only need 15-20 minutes. Thank you.
