With the ground beef/chuck we have used from the freezer the last several months, our hamburger patties have crumbled/broken apart. The last time I added an egg but that didn't help; we had to scoop the pieces into a bowl to be able to eat the meat. This also happened with a meat loaf (egg and cracker crumbs). The only thing we add to the patties is A-1 sauce. We make the patties the way we have for years and have never had this problem. Would appreciate help!
