I'm visiting SF from NYC this weekend and would love to have some fabulous west coast sushi. Which place do you all recommend?

I'm intrigued by Hama-ko, though I must confess I have no idea what ankimo is. Can anyone help?

Also, can you let me know the price range of any restaurant you suggest, as well as whether reservations are necessary?
