If not ham for Easter, then what?

I'm having people over for Easter and am thinking about my menu. I'd like something with a nod to tradition (or even more than just a mere nod), but am not a huge fan of ham. What would you suggest? The whole rest of the meal is still open - I'll figure that out once I've figured out the main course. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!
