Hi.
I'm jkd.
I'm a hamaholic.
It's been 3 days and 8 hours since I've had ham.
I love ham, can't stay away, I hope it's my last meal.
I am weak but he is strong.

Last week I was in Charlottesville Virginia.
Had no idea I was at the center of the ham biscuit world.

I got a ham biscuit at JM Provisions.
Lard biscuit, their tasso ham, local wildflower honey, Lousiana hot sauce.
There's no way words can do justice to describe the love in that first bite.
It was so great.
Not a traditional ham biscuit, but who cares?
Now, I'm on a local quest.
Any ham lovers out there?
Is there anyplace in the Seattle area that is doing a ham biscuit?
