Ham accessibility...

afoodyear | Mar 21, 2008 08:51 AM

A little short notice now... but where can I find a ham (an actual smoked pork thigh/rump - not those processed salty loaves in the supermarket) in time for Easter? Preferably in the plateau, as this is where I live. If I can't find one, I suppose I'll just braise an Easter bunny.

On a side note, lamb seems to be much more popular here for Easter. Out west, where I'm from, ham is the norm. Is this common (lamb > ham) or just my perspective/people I know?
