Halloumi Cheese

The August issue of Sunset Magazine has an article on
Halloumi Cheese. It is from Cyprus, similar to
mozzarella, but it doesn't melt so it can be baked,
broiled, fried and even grilled.

Does anyone know where it is available, I am located'
in the Santa Clarita Valley.
