My new diet for arthritis ( based on the new book called Inflamation Nation) requires me to eat fish 4 times a week and only special kinds of fish. . .wild salmon, mackerel, among others, but NOT farmed salmon or pacific or atlantic halibut, among others EXCEPT For Greenland salmon!
Any one know where or when greenland halibut is available if ever in toronto?
