For some of the best dim sum this side of Hong Kong, try the ultra-modern Hakkasan Restaurant in London. Located down two flights of stairs, the blue and black decor is soothing, tranquil and fitting for the exceptional fare this restaurant offers. I visited during the lunch hour and, to my surprise, I had to select just a few dishes from among the four columns of offerings as I was by myself. Try the Alaskan king crab legs wrapped in vermicelli (my personal favorite), or any of the wonderful seafood *dumplings* this restaurant is known for worldwide. Lunch with a glass of wine was about $30 US.
