gyumotsu nikomi + nihonshu

I'm looking for places in Tokyo that have good gyumotsu nikomi and also decent sake to drink. It doesn't have to be a super sake specialist, just someplace with some jizake rather than just supermarket nihonshu like you get in the old-school izakayas.

I'll get the ball rolling with Jidoriya in Nakano - very nice, more refined than average, motsu-nikomi and around fifteen premium sakes, served in 60ml tasting sizes and kikizake sets.
