The guys at the Trib must have seen us criticizing their "main stream" pandering to the least common denominator, for today they present an overview of the BBQ cuy scene here in the Windy City. So Chowhounds, who prepares this noble rodent best? I am ashamed to admit that I have never partaken of this Andean delicacy highlighted by the Trib. Does it taste like rabbit, which tastes like chicken, as they say?
