today i enjoyed shouyu soy-based style ramen at RAIRAIKEN on east 10th street. good to the last drop. nice iced tea and what i imagine is close to a tokyo-like atmosphere too. very filling and the cost was $10.
although they don't offer it at RAIRAIKEN, i'd like to try the tonkatsu style where the pork bones are really boiled down in the broth. it seems like a richer broth than shouyu as it takes longer to make. this is according to the ramenworld website link, but am i right? where can i get this version of ramen? what are other styles that you like? also, where else can anyone rec that i go to try some more ramen?
