saw it in the nytimes wine section - any thoughts?
i only ate their once, last may, for a steak lunch. it was ok for a $30 lunch. pretty nice room and old-boys-club atmosphere.
i had a bunch of nice wines and cheeses upstairs (bayard's) once when someone else was buying. got to meet harry and his son - they were extremely welcoming hospitable guys.
i guess they own / have their hands in a few other places downtown right?
