I'm all about the lamb noodle soup, sesame bread, green beans, and mung bean sheets. But waiter recommended the shrimp w/spicy salt and braised beef tongue, so we went with those too. Both were excellent.
Shrimp are plump, butterflied, and more peppery than salty compared to the version in most Cantonese places. Tongue came in a gravy with lots of green onion, and was fork tender.
