Guanciale (cured pig jowl) anywhere?

Does anyone know any butcher shop in Chicago where one could buy guanciale? Guanciale (cured pig jowl) is the basic ingredient for various Italian pasta dishes, such as Carbonara or Amatriciana. Absent this, people just substitute with bacon, but there is absolutely no comparison.
