Group holiday dinner, east side

Savour | Nov 4, 201305:14 PM     2

Every year my book club celebrates the end of the year with a fun dinner out and a gift exchange. Our group size has ranged in years' past from 5 to 15 people, and we're looking for something probably between Pasadena and DTLA (Silver Lake, Atwater Village OK). Fun and festive, hopefully won't break the bank. We've gone in the past to Maximiliano HP in Highland Park, Church and State, and Jar (for brunch). Also, a couple of members are newly Gluten Free, so a restaurant that can reasonably accommodate them would be great. Any suggestions?

Thanks!
