ground beef inspiration

browned more ground sirloin/turkey than i needed so i only made half of it into tacos tonight. what should i do with the rest of it? other than chili and spaghetti meat sauce (although my cooks illustrated just said not to brown the meat:) ) i'm blanking on ideas of what to do with it. thanks!
