I thought there was a topic for this, but I couldn't find one.
At Oakland, May 9:
$2.99/oz. Organic Valley pastured butter. I bought some last time I was there and it's really good. It hits the "quadfecta": pastured butter that's high butterfat (84%), organic and cultured. They also had the Finlandia butter for $1.99/7 oz.
Safe Catch "elite" skipjack tuna ($1.99/5 oz.). This is processed in the can (without any added liquid). They also claim that every tuna is tested for mercury and has a mercury limit 10x stricter than the FDA. Also "responsibly caught" and "gluten free" <g>
$1.99/85g and.99/1 oz. Scharffen Berger dark chocolate with raspberries and sea salted almonds (pieces).
They've had the half-ounce packets of Brookside "fruit flavored centers in dark chocolate" in both pomegranate flavor and goji berry raspberry flavor at 8/$1.00. This week they also had 90 gram dark chocolate bars in a couple of flavors for $1.99 (I bought the "summer berry crisp" made with cranberries, grain crisps, blueberries and natural raspberry flavor -- I like the combo of the berries and the crunch!).
