What does one serve with grits? I rec'd a package of grits and am anxious to try them. Is it a breakfast only item that is served with ie. fried eggs, toast, and bacon on the side? Is is better with cheese in it? Can one serve it with dinner as a southern side dish in lieu of potatoes, perhaps with fried catfish? Also, is it good with corn muffins on the side? Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks! PS..who makes the best grits in Seattle?
