This inspired me to grill one this weekend. Wow, flank steak was nearly $6/lb--at Sam's Club! It is an odd looking piece of meat. It is obviously a quick-cooking cut, as it has very little fat. Any tips on the dos & don'ts of grilling flank steak would be much appreciated (marinating, etc.).
