Sorry about the response delay, they postponed the tasting....

When I got there, they had pulled a bait and switch, nd handed me a box with a new Family size plus George Foreman Grill...I was sceptical, but now I'm a convert.

We prepped the sandwiches before the event, and put them on the grill 4 at a time...After a little experimenting, I found that just under three minutes at 375 degrees makes for a perfect sandwich with sliced bread....use something firm (we used organic white, too soft) and go easy on the butter...

The combo we used was havarti cheese with basil pesto, and it got rave reviews...
