New to me - and we enjoyed it very much - and sooooo easy!
I had a small cabbage (which never got shredded for cinco de mayo!) which I cut into 1/4s, cored, then placed each on it's own sheet of tin foil. Liberally poured garlic powder, kosher salt and coarse pepper on each and topped with a pat of butter. Sealed the foil packets well and put on a HOT grill grate, covered, for 30 minutes. Turned once while on grill. Hope you enjoy it too.
