If I can't grill a marinated skirt steak...what's the best alternative?

Rafie | Jun 23, 200710:31 AM     7

I've got a skirt steak marinating in the fridge, but I don't have a grill. And of course, 4 people coming over tonight for dinner. Last minute scramble!

Is the best way to approximate the tenderness and sear of a grilled meat to do the sear/roast method? or to broil it? or.....

Also, is there any special consideration I should have cooking the skirt steak this way, considering it's a tougher cut of meat?

Thanks in advance! Happy cooking to everyone this fine wknd...
