I have a piece of copper plate that is 1/4" thick and about 14x23 - anybody know how to turn it into a stovetop griddle? Tinning won't work, too delicate, and the tin would melt at some of the temps that might be used.
Some kind of food safe coating? Bond a sheet of 1/16" carbon steel (my favorite answer, although I have no idea how it could be done. Crazy glue is probably out)
Thanks for any input -----
