Hello all. New member with a question about my All-Clad stainless pots and pans. I have read all the posts about properly cleaning a stainless steel pot and I do have BKF. But I seem to this film left in my pots and pans after cooking that takes some serious scrubbing with BKF to get rid of. See attached picture for the film.
Is this caused by my water or am I doing something wrong with the cooking? I got it heating up some sausage, cooking eggs and sautéing some pepper and onions. I let the pan get hot and added olive oil before any food. Thanks!
