greenmarket sheep/goat cheese

gastronaut | Sep 8, 200501:53 PM

there used to be two vendors at the union square market on mondays a winter ago, i have months to see them though. one sold two-three types of cheese, from pasture-raised animals that ate mostly wild growing flora on an organic farm (their merchandise was dispensed in waxed brown paper bags with a red stamp of a sheep); the second had meats and wool as well. any idea where these vendors are, what they're called, and where one might be able to find fresh organic grass-fed raw milk cheeses from sheep/goats?
