Green Tea 2In Framingham for dim-sum

Went for dim sum at noon today. Only a few occupied tables and the place was cold. The rundown of waht we had(2 of us, one a fork eater)
Turnip cake (4)- nicely caramelized with a great flavor and smooth texture
Steamed pork bun(3)- light and fluffy dough with a very tasty and scalding hot interior.
Veg spring rolls(2)- good filling, light crunchy skins but a little hard to bite
Singapore style rice noodles-ecellent flavor with dried shrimp added, and less shrimp than most places.
Eggplant with shrimp(2)- Nice soft eggplant slices with the peel with a shrimp paste filling. Mild flavor, could have used a little seasoning.
Pig ear salad- a nice crunch and very fresh slivers of carrot and daikon. Sauce a little sweet. Never had it before, seems very Viet flavored.
Freindly, attentive service. The owner commented on the pig ear that she is not at that level yet.
