Just made a pot of pozole from dried corn from Fiesta. Can you believe I can't even find hominy(posole) in small town Maine? I am also on a kick of trying to cook many of the diff tacos we ate in Austin. My stumper is the salsas. Where can I find recipes to make salsas like Al Pastors green?
