Based on Lambretta76's post on the Brazilian BBQ off of Rodi Road, I went to Green Tree over the weekend and it truly lived up to the post (link below).
The meats were very good and even though it was all-you-can eat, they were generous with the portions carved from the skewer so you didn't have to get served 27 times to get a good sized pice of meat. There was also a baked (I think) salmon that was very moist and delicious. The grilled pineapple was, as Lambretta noted, great.
The only real disapointment was the sausage. It had almost no taste and seemed to be nothing more than meat put through a grinder and into casing. The servers said it was Brazilian sausage, and not Portuguese as Lambretta76 noted, and my server told me the Brazilian sausages are not very highly seasoned. Other than that, and some dry chicken from the steam tables (the chicken brought around on skewers was very good) I could not have been happier. The caiprinhas were also very good.
Lambretta76's review is spot on, and I highly recommend Green Forest for a very fun protein filled night out.
