I use it in my shakes every morning but I've been missing my one and only vice, condiments. So I'm about to go to the store and buy a pre-made ranch seasoning package (high sodium, I can deal with) Greek instead of sour scream.
also same should be said with honey and mustard (instead of mayo.)
Ketchup, I've given up on. Because I only like the bad for you kind.
I've also been told greek yogurt by itself is a great substitution for mayo on a sandwich.. not sure about the taste though.
any other suggestions for making healthy condiments?
