Greek (upscale?) in Vancouver or Richmond?

Bay Area hound visiting Vancouver this week, looking to buy a gift card/certificate for a nice Greek restaurant in Richmond or Vancouver--it would be a gift for an uncle who lives in Richmond and really likes Greek food (but hasn't had a lot of it in the area). Something a little bit more upscale with good ambiance would be preferable (but not essential). Good lamb dishes would be a big plus too.

After having browsed the board, I see a lot of mentions of Stepho's, but I don't know if that's a good fit, since one of the main selling points seems to just be its affordability (more to the point, I don't mind waiting an hour in line for good chow, but I wouldn't want to impose that on my aunt and uncle).

Other possibilities I've found include Felicos, Appollonia, and Mad Greek.

Do you Vancouver hounds think any of those fit the bill, or is there someplace better I'm missing that would be better? In (or near) Richmond would be best, but downtown Vancouver is OK too.
