I recently got an ibrik for valentines day and I've been experimenting with it. I have a nice burr grinder so I've gotten the grounds to the flour like consistency desired. I only have a glass top electric stove. So far I've struggled getting the creme' like the videos. Tastes wonderful, but no creme'... I try to heat slowly to a gentle simmer... and remove from the heat. Repeat 3 times. I never really get the thick luscious creme described in the instructions.
