Greek restaurant on Church St

Happened to be cruising up Church Street near 29th St, and noticed a new (at least to me) Greek restaurant called Yianni's. Gray-and-white faux marbling outside, blue-and-white sponge painting inside, with a nice backyard patio. Dinner menu seemed pretty straightforward--souvlaki, kebabs, dolmades, mousaka, pastitsio, plus various kinds of fish, including a seafood linguini with tomatoes and feta. They were doing a pretty good brunch business when I walked by. Anyone been to check it out? There's also a very hip looking California-style sushi place nearby called Deep. Goodbye, Star Bakery and Speckmann's; hello spider rolls....
