Greek iced coffee (frappe) question!

foodquestion | Dec 30, 201601:45 PM     10

Hi all,

I go to Greece frequently and to this day have never been able to exactly replicate their famous iced coffee (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frapp%C...).

The missing ingredient is an evaporated milk that goes by NOY NOY in Greece (http://greekfoodemporiumny.com/produc...).

I have tried a couple standard evaporated milks that can be found in standard US supermarkets...but they just aren't the same.

If anybody can shed some light on a VERY similar alternative I would be appreciative!!!

Happy New Years!
