Greek vs Domestic (US) Feta

I saw a segment last night on America's Test Kitchen extolling the virtues of Greek vs Domestic feta. The Greek feta is made with sheep's milk while the domestic feta is made from cow's milk. I don't know if I've ever eaten real Greek feta as I usually buy the inexpensive brands like Kronos or have it in a Greek salad at my local, inexpensive Greek restaurant. The domestic product is supposedly much saltier and blander but in a blind taste test one of the chefs selected a domestic product over one of the two Greek brands. Is there a big difference? Where is a good place to buy at reasonable prices? Trader Joe's? Fairway? Costco? Whole Foods? Any particular brands? Thanks!
