Many wok masters can handle a wok beautifully by toss foods, adjusting heat, taking wok in and out of the flame...etc, this amazing guy take on the opposite philosophy. Tossing, adding ingredient, changing flame setting (by switching stoves) and cleaning multiple woks all on the fly. He certainly does not have to hire extra hands :) He must be working equivalent to 3-4 cooks. Enjoy.
