My gf and I have had a couple great meals recently at Long Tan. The service has been amazing and the food totally satisfying. We are vegetarians and so we have been getting the jungle curry w/extra tofu (you have to specify no fish sauce), the Udon noodles with Tofu (again, specify no fish sauce in the spicy chili sauce) and the papaya salad which they will make with their miso house vingarette instead of the fish saucy one. They are very accomodating and very friendly. I think since the return of their original chef, they have improved dramatically. I would eat the udon noodles every day-- they are really good.
