Technically, this restaurant is in NY, but its 15 minutes from my house near Milford, PA. Its the Eldred Preserve, and they have trout and bass fishing. They also have a restaurant that serves trout 12 ways. We had fried trout fingerlings (they look like sardines but taste great), and great smoked trout. THe trout almondine was simple, plump, crisply fried but moist. The homemade bread was good. Everything else was mediocre, but who cares?
