Great Tea in Antioch, IL

The name of the restaurant is Infini-tea. Have been here twice for the "Royal Treatment" which is basically high tea. It's a small charming restaurant right d.t. in Antioch. The royal consists of scone with lemon curd, clotted cream/preserves, a cup of soup which varies, finger sandwiches like egg salad, chicken salad and cucumber, and assorted pastries for dessert. A 2 cup pot of tea of your choice is included. This runs about $16.00. They have a huge assortment of teas to choose from-my favorite is Midnight in Madagascar. The Belgian Chocolate tea is delicious with the pastries. They served that both times I've been so I guess that is included too. If you don't want the high tea they have a great sandwich selection and also salads. The waiter we had was James both times-he's really into it and has little routines as he table hops. A fun and different place in the burbs!
