I love soup dumplings with thin skins the best, like the ones at Yank Sing in SF. Are there any places in the East Bay with thin skins?
Also, I am always on the look out for wontons in red oil. My favorites used to be at Spices II in SF, but they were just ok last time I went. I tried them at Spices III in Oakland a couple years ago and they were not very good.
