I am still looking for a good source for Liquid Nitrogen for a frozen...stiff, not soupy sorbet I'm preparing. the ice-cream/gelato/sorbet makers I've looked into all seem to produce a more soupy product when it comes to a true sorbet...according to the many reviews I've read. If you have any ideas as to what affordable sorbet maker would work for a NON-Slurpy consistency...please tell me. Otherwise I am back to needing a source for Liquid Nitrogen. Can you please help ?????
