Great Sausage Pizza at Cicero's, San Jose

Jim Good | Nov 26, 200404:50 PM

I am joining the chorus of others who have sung the praises of the sausage pizza at Cicero's located at 6238 Bolinger Road in San Jose. They don't put the sausage on in "lumps" but grind it up and sprinkle over the whole surface---and tasty sausage it is! The thin crust is crispy and just right for my taste as it is fried first in cottonseed oil.

Cicero's is very clean and spacious. I lucked out and arrived shortly after they opened at 11am and enjoyed a converstaion with one of the owners, Rik Jones, who was very courteous and justifiably proud of his pizzas.

I look forward to trying their other varieties. If interested, check out their website.
