went on a sunday evening to salubre in hanover, nh. it was "date night" so thee was special pricing. we did not take advantage of that but had a good time ordering off the regular menu. we had an appetizer. we ordered the eggplant appetizer, spicy chicken meatballs, aranci stuffed, and the other had romaine salad. our server was friendly and answered all our questions .for the main dish we had Crispy Chicken Confit On Spinach And Basil Risotto, -two of us ordered the classic sausage with orecchiette and marinara-absolutely delicious! and another person ordered the red pepper fettucini. each of us enjoyed a glass of wine served at the correct temperature and as we couldn't eat any more we just finished the meal with coffee of the french press variety. all in all the experience was really good and we would highly recommend it to to others who wish a good food experience with good but not fawning service.
