Does anyone have a favorite, tried and true recipe for an orange cheesecake? Not chocolate-orange or cranberry-orange, just straight up orange cheesecake with orange flavor in the batter, not just as a topping.
Ideally, it should be a baked cheesecake, made with mostly cream cheese rather than ricotta, somewhat light, not too sweet, and with a real orange flavor.
Years ago, my Dad had an orange cheesecake he describes as being like this, and he's pining for it, so we'd like to try to make it for him.
