After having read some good things about the pizza bianca at the sullivan st. bakery, i got the itch and had to tackle my craving. It was worth the trip. The bread had a lovely chewy texture, with nice balanced rosmary flavor, and salt. The only thing that could have made it better was if they heated it up.
I made the journey to the location all the way over on w47th st, by 11th ave I believe. I say journey because its way over there. But it was worth it. A very tasty and sizable slice for the great price of one dollar. (There other stuff looks fantastic too!)
